Wera’s Care Humanitarian Foundation (RC:168860), under the leadership of Mr. Godspower Akpowhera, has launched a series of new projects aimed at improving the lives of vulnerable communities across Nigeria. Since its establishment in 2012, the NGO has been committed to promoting human welfare, empowering women and youth, and alleviating suffering among the poor and helpless.

The foundation’s latest initiatives include health outreach programs, educational support, women empowerment schemes, agriculture and climate change projects, and micro-credit services for small businesses. Each program is designed to ensure sustainable development and create lasting impact in local communities.
“Our goal is to empower people with the tools and knowledge they need to improve their lives,” said Mr. Akpowhera. “Through education, health, and economic support, we are helping communities to thrive and grow sustainably.”

In addition to direct community support, Wera’s Care is intensifying advocacy campaigns to raise awareness on social issues, including sanitation, good governance, and climate change. The foundation also runs skill acquisition and training programs, giving youth and women the opportunity to develop income-generating skills.
With a strong focus on transparency and community involvement, the NGO continues to partner with local volunteers, authorities, and donors to reach more people in need.

As Wera’s Care moves forward, its vision remains clear: to uplift communities, enrich lives, and make a lasting difference in the fight against poverty and social inequality.
